OnlyMCP is operated with care, but without any guarantee of a particular level of availability, response time or freedom from defects. Interruptions caused by maintenance, updates, upstream incidents or force majeure are possible.

Scope of liability

Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence to the extent permitted by law. There is no liability for slight negligence. In particular, liability is excluded for lost profit, consequential damage and data loss resulting from missing backups of your own.

Mandatory statutory liability, for example for personal injury, remains unaffected.

Your content

You alone are responsible for the skills, agent definitions and memory files you store in OnlyMCP. OnlyMCP does not review this content and assumes no responsibility for its accuracy or lawfulness.

Results from your AI client

OnlyMCP serves content to your own MCP client but makes no AI decisions itself and generates no results. OnlyMCP is not liable for what your AI client does with that content. See the AI notice.

Your own backups

You are responsible for backing up your own important content. Details on how long your content is retained are set out in the privacy policy.

The respective provider is responsible for the content of linked or connected third-party services, such as the sign-in or payment providers you choose.
