# Terms of service

These terms govern the use of OnlyMCP. By registering, you agree to them.

## What OnlyMCP provides

OnlyMCP is a cloud workspace for AI coding agents. You connect your MCP
client to OnlyMCP through a single endpoint and get your skills, agent
definitions and structured memory synced across devices. OnlyMCP stores and
serves this content; what your AI client does with it is outside OnlyMCP.

## Account and access

You are responsible for keeping your credentials and your device and API
tokens confidential and must report unauthorised access without delay. An
account is personal and must not be shared.

## Plans and limits

There is a free plan and paid plans:

- **Pro:** CHF 9 per month or CHF 90 per year.
- **Team:** CHF 19 per seat per month or CHF 190 per seat per year.

Prices include Swiss VAT where applicable. Where a plan offers monthly and
yearly billing, you choose one when you subscribe; a yearly plan is paid in
advance for twelve months. Each plan has limits on scope and usage, which are
visible in the application and apply when creating new content. Downgrading
deletes nothing but prevents further creation beyond the new limit.

## Trials

A paid plan may come with a free trial; its length is shown before you
subscribe. A trial you start yourself requires a payment card and is available
once per account. If the card has already been used for a trial, the plan
starts without one, is billed from the start, and you are told so by email.
Before the trial ends, you receive a reminder by email. Unless you cancel
before the trial ends, the paid plan starts when it ends and is billed from
that day; if you cancel before then, the paid plan does not start.

A trial granted by the operator, for example as a gift or through an
invitation, needs no card. When it ends, the free plan applies again; content
above its limits is archived after a grace period and is not deleted.

## Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your account and paid plans at any time. Cancellation takes
effect at the end of the period already paid for, monthly or yearly; the
amount already paid for the running period is not refunded on a pro-rata
basis. Deleting your account removes all your content, unless a statutory
retention obligation applies.

## Prohibited use

The following is prohibited in particular:

- Storing or distributing illegal content.
- Attempting to break the isolation between individual accounts or accessing
  content that is not yours.
- Reselling or commercially redistributing the sync endpoint to third
  parties.
- Circumventing technical limits, pricing plans or access controls.
- Attacks on the platform or on third parties, including overloading,
  intrusion attempts and exploiting vulnerabilities.

In case of violations, individual features may be restricted, content removed
or the account suspended. For serious or repeated violations, without prior
notice.

## Your content

You retain all rights to the skills, agent definitions and memory files you
create in OnlyMCP. See the [licence information](https://only-mcp.com/legal/licenses) for

## Responsibility for AI use

What your own AI client does with the content synced through OnlyMCP is your
responsibility. See the [AI notice](https://only-mcp.com/legal/ai-notice).

## Availability

OnlyMCP is operated with care but without any guarantee of a particular level
of availability. Maintenance windows, updates and incidents may cause
interruptions. There is no service level agreement (SLA).

## Liability

Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence to the extent permitted
by law. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected. See the

## Changes to these terms

Material changes require renewed consent. Until you consent, use remains
possible. Purely editorial changes do not trigger consent.

## Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the operator's domicile
unless mandatory provisions require otherwise. For consumers in the EU, the
protective provisions of their country of residence remain unaffected.

This is a translation provided for convenience. In case of discrepancies, the
German version of this document prevails.
